THE CESAREAN BIRTH GUIDE

Information

Whether your cesarean is planned, possible or something you just want to understand, it deserves the same preparation & care as any other birth. Too often, families are handed very little information & left to figure it out in the moment. We've pulled from our years of experience as birth workers supporting cesarean families to give you everything you need in one place.

This guidebook is a downloadable, beautifully designed companion you can read at your own pace & return to whenever you need it. It walks you through what actually happens in the operating room, how to advocate for the experience you want & how to care for your body & mind afterward.

A cesarean is a birth. You deserve to feel informed, supported & part of every decision.
