Prepare for a gentle, calm, and confident birth with the original HypnoBirthing® method developed by Marie Mongan. This five-week virtual course combines comprehensive childbirth education with the practice of self-hypnosis, relaxation, and deep breathing techniques to help you eliminate fear, manage stress, and create a positive, empowering birth experience. Perfect for those planning an unmedicated birth, cesarean, VBAC, or IVF pregnancy, HypnoBirthing® teaches you how your body works in labor, how to avoid unnecessary interventions, and how to communicate your birth preferences with care providers. You and your birth partner will learn practical tools to stay connected, supported, and informed.
Each 3-hour weekly session includes breathing and relaxation techniques, education on labor stages, birth positioning, and the mind-body connection—plus exclusive HypnoBirthing® recordings, materials, and video content available only through class. You’ll also receive unlimited educator support through birth and weekly drop-in breath and relaxation practice sessions.
HypnoBirthing® is most effective when started between 20–30 weeks of pregnancy, but private sessions are available through full term. This class is ideal if you’re seeking evidence-based guidance, a sense of calm, and a deeper connection to your body, your baby, and your birth experience.
