Carriage House Birth is thrilled to offer a variety of retreats focused on taking care of yourself and engaging in new learning. Retreats are hosted in beautiful upstate New York at Clove Community Arts and include chef-prepared meals, guided teaching, outdoor trail space for walking, and a curated resource list of local lodging, restaurants, and spas. So whether you are looking for time to reconnect with yourself, an opportunity to gain new education in a beautiful atmosphere, or a chance to experience community in a new space, we encourage you to join us.

Let us help you pause and refill your cup through a weekend of reflection, self-care, and movement. This retreat is welcome to all those who identify as a caregiver. Parents, Birthworkers, First responders, Body and energy workers, Teachers, Nannies...
Our weekend retreat includes sound healing to balance and equalize your nervous system, meditation, movement, an intro to herbs class for the caregiver, group discussions around “burnout” and “boundaries,” and two nutritious meals a day on site. Led by Carriage House Birth’s co-founder, Domino Kirke, this retreat will nourish your being and put your self-care at the forefront.
The retreat is hosted at the beautiful Clove Community Arts, nestled in the Catskill mountains. Built with the intention of healing in mind its light-filled space is surrounded by grounding bodies of water and forested land with trails.

Fee: $1,100 paid at time of registration

- Nutritious snacks, breakfast, and lunch provided each day at Clove by personal chef
