Carriage House Birth is committed to breaking down traditional financial barriers to entry, because your path to becoming a doula shouldn’t be derailed by costs. To do that we partner with socially conscious brands to provide up to five full scholarships per doula training session.
By broadening and diversifying our community of working doulas we are, in turn, elevating the collective standard of care, particularly for more at-risk and vulnerable birthing families. Our scholarship program always prioritizes Black, Indigenous, Asian and Latinx people at all income levels, LGBTQIA2S+, people with disabilities, and anyone who is experiencing significant financial hardship.
The scholarship includes the full cost of our virtual 9-week Birth Doula Training, plus unlimited access to our pre-recorded Childbirth Education Class and all the pre-recorded case studies in our library. It does not include your three continuing education community classes (like infant feeding basics) or the required books.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
