In this virtual offering, we will move through 6-week cycles and hold space for all aspects of postpartum. We may cover processing your birth experience, feeding your baby, sleep and building community. This series is here to support you in your transition into parenthood. Postpartum lasts forever. The least we can do is hold you for the first year.


Facilitated by experienced doula and mother of seven, Lindsey Bliss

This group is for parents of newborns and babies up to 12 months old. We welcome you to enroll at any time but please note that the series pricing is set for all six weeks. We do not prorate the fee if you join after the first session on January 9th.


Our Pregnancy and The First Year support groups are facilitated by experienced doulas, not clinicians or therapists. We do not provide medical or therapeutic advice, nor do we claim to. Our role is to offer peer support and share resources to help you on your journey. Carriage House Birth disclaims any liability for actions taken based on the information shared in this group.

Lindsey Bliss

Lindsey Bliss is a seasoned birth doula, a childbirth educator, co-founder of Carriage House Birth, and the mother of seven. Lindsey is considered to be a multiples expert after giving birth to two consecutive sets of twins. She is the author of The Doula’s Guide to Empowering Your Birth. Lindsey has been practicing since 2009 and has supported first time parents, multiparas, single parents, LGBTQIA+ families, twin births, medicated and non-medicated vaginal births, cesarean births, and VBACs.
