The Secrets of Sleeping During and After Pregnancy

Are you a back sleeper? Belly sleeper? Side sleeper? This one of a kind workshop will give you plenty of safe tips and tricks to get the rest you need based on YOUR favorite sleeping position.
The aim of the workshop is to make you feel rejuvenated and well rested when you wake up in the morning!
Restful sleep is one of the most important things to have during pregnancy and in the first few months after birth. However, getting a good sleep is one of the most challenging things to do during pregnancy and postpartum: waking up multiple times during the night with restless mind and/or body aches is very common before and after birth.
This workshop will help you to find positions that are perfect for YOU and will teach you how to get out of the position with ease so getting up multiple times a night is going to be smooth and seamless. Working extensively with of women in their homes and my own experience during and after pregnancies, I became an expert in sleeping. It’s my pleasure to share with you my tricks 😉
