This weekly group meeting is the only one of its kind – it integrates body and mind methods to reduce stress, increase physical stamina and offers valuable tools to overcome common struggles related to motherhood. Group is facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist, a prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor, Shahar Lion, who has worked extensively with mothers and moms to be for over a decade. The holistic setting is tailored to new moms who are interested in connecting with other moms in a supportive, welcoming and confidential space. While bonding with other mothers you will have the opportunity to grow as a mother, together. Weekly meeting will make you feel empowered physically and emotionally supported to pave your path as a mother. Just as importantly, your baby will benefit from our weekly play dates, and will form friendships as they grow with you.
